FAQs

  • When should I hear back once I request a quote?
    We will contact you within 24 hours with a payment link once you submit a quote requuest.
  • Do I need to pay a deposit prior to the event?
    Yes! We request 50% at the time of booking to reserve your date and 50% 1 week prior to the event.
  • Which payment method do you use?
    We accept credit card, checks, cash & money transfers via zelle and cash.
  • Are there any rules for using the play zones?
    Yes! Please find ZONE 4 KIDS' rules below: Play at your own risk Kids need to be supervised by an adult at all times No shoes permitted on soft play equipment area No food, candy or drinks on the soft play equipment area In case of rain, please move items to a dry location Equipment must remain over the foam tiles at all times No pushing, shoving, wrestling or horseplay Do not enter if you are pregnant or have physical problems
  • What happens if it rains the day of the event?
    We know that the weather can fluctuate in Miami so if you cannot find an dry spot for our zone, we offer a credit to be use any other day the zone is available.
  • What happens if I need to reschedule?
    Please contact us at least one week prior to the event date and we will happily accomodate the new date as long as we have the availability.
